Veterinarians

Dr. Kevin Reed
Veterinarian

Kevin Reed

Dr. Kevin Reed attended Arkansas State University and graduated from the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine in 1983. He received the Small Animal Surgery Award and the Veterinary Microbiology Award. He has adopted 3 furry children from Vetcare, including 2 dogs and a cat that doubles as an escape artist.

Dr. Travis Wolken
Veterinarian

Travis Wolken

Dr. Travis Wolken attended the University of Central Missouri and graduated from the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine in 2009. He moved to Jonesboro in 2009 with his wife Dr. Victoria Zachary Wolken, also a veterinarian at Animal Medical Center. They cohabitate with 3 dogs and 3 cats whom all dominate the Wolken household. Dr Wolken and his wife are active members of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.

Veterinarian Assistants

Patty Tindall
Head Technician/Veterinarian Assistant

Patty  Tindall

Patty Tindall joined the Vetcare team in 2003. She currently serves as Head Technician as well as Assistant to both Veterinarians. Patty has replaced her grown human children with 3 cats. She will always be 1 cat away from "crazy cat lady" status.

Angel Meade
Veterinarian Assistant

Angel  Meade

Angel Meade joined the Vetcare team in 2012. She started in our kennel and currently serves as an Assistant to both Veterinarians. She also works part time as a Grooming Assistant. She owns 2 hedgehogs and 1 dog...and countless other animals in her imagination.

Jessica Murphy
Veterinarian Assistant

Jessica  Murphy

Jessica Murphy joined the Vetcare team in 2012. She started in our kennel and currently serves as an Assistant to both Veterinarians. She owns a Zoo, only because it can no longer be called a farm after adding a racoon and sugar glider to her horses, cows and 7 dogs.

Kalli Marshall
Veterinarian Assistant

Kalli  Marshall

Kalli Marshall joined the Vetcare team in 2012. She works part time with us on the weekends as an assistant to the Veterinarian on duty. She also works at the Humane Society. She recently adopted a sweet dog named "Willow" who has been known to sneak into local hardware stores in the purses of relatives.

Teri Lytle
Pet Caretaker

Teri  Lytle

Teri Lytle joined the Vetcare team in 2010. She currently serves in our kennel and boarding facility. She has adopted 1 dog from Vetcare that was abandoned at the local fire house just a couple of hours old. She also has Harley the one eyed wonder dog.

Dani McDonald
Pet Caretaker

Dani McDonald

Dani McDonald joined the Vetcare team in 2012. She currently serves in our kennel and boarding facility. She has adopted 2 cats from Vetcare. Puddles, a hit by car rescue and Ashes, a fire rescue.

Bri Card joined the Vetcare team in 2013. She currently serves in our kennel and boarding facility and attends ASU. She has 3 dogs.

Cheryl Renfro
Pet Caretaker

Cheryl  Renfro

Cheryl Renfro joined the Vetcare team in 2013. She currently serves in our kennel and boarding facility. She adopted 1 dog from Vetcare and has 4 dogs, 2 cats, a turtle, fish and a parrot.

Lesley Craig
Practice Manager/Client Service Coordinator

Lesley  Craig

Lesley Craig joined the Vetcare team in 2007. She currently serves as Practice Manager as well as Client Service Coordinator. She has adopted 6 furry animals from Vetcare and the Humane Society, including 4 dogs and 2 cats. She denies any hoarding tendencies and claims to run a "zoo".

Kennel Manager/Client Service Coordinator

Kellie Stewart joined the Vetcare team in 2007. She currently serves as Kennel Manager as well as Client Service Coordinator. She has adopted 3 furry children from Vetcare, including 1 dog who is currently the love of her life and 2 cats who tolerate him. Clifford the dog currently serves as the resident door greeter.

Haelea Havard joined the Vetcare team in 2013. She currently serves as Client Service Coordinator and attends ASU. She has adopted 2 furry children from Vetcare, including 1 dog and 1 cat.

Groomers

Daron Newcomb
Groomer

Daron  Newcomb

Daron Newcomb has been a groomer for 15 years. He has been showing dogs on a professional level for 10 years. He joined the Vetcare team in 2004. He has 4 furry children including 3 Yorkshire Terriers and 1 Standard Poodle named Lola (who was a showgirl).
